Winter Texan Rentals
La Casa Del Sol offers a limited number of units available for rent during the winter months. Our Winter Texan program runs from the first Friday of November through the first Friday of March. One bedroom units are available for weekly or monthly stays. Please refer to our rates below. Contact our reservation office at 817-396-4676 for details or reservations.
** La Casa Del Sol is a family oriented resort with established rules and regulations regarding maximum occupancy, minimum age requirements, pets, smoking, etc. We recommend guests take a moment to familiarize themselves with our rules and regulations.**

One Bedroom / One Bath Condo
All Units at La Casa Del Sol Include:

Fully Equipped Kitchen - Full size refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, cooktop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, double sink with disposal, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, dishes & glassware.

Bedroom(s) - One bedroom units have a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. All units have a TV in the bedroom. All bedrooms have large closets, chest/drawers, ceiling fans, lamps and nightstands.

Bath(s) - All units have a full bath with shower/tub, lighted vanity/sink & toilet. Towels and linens are provided.

Living/Dining Area - All units have a sofa that makes into a queen size bed, two chairs, coffee table, lamps, TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and barstools for bar seating. All units have a dining room table with seating for four as well as a bar with seating for two. All units have at least one closet for additional storage.

Other - All units have a washer & dryer & free WiFi and basic cable.

The charge to transfer a one bedroom unit is $625.00 + $250.00 Transfer Fee.
**For a limited time, the LCDS Board of Directors has waived the Red Week premium upgrade fee of $500.00 on units transferred from LCDS inventory.**
Transfer Charges:
Any Red, White or Blue Week - $625.00 + $250.00 Transfer Fee (One Time Fee)
Upgrading a White or Blue Week to Red - $500.00 + $250.00 Transfer Fee
