To our owners, guests and RCI members, please be advised that La Casa del Sol is not an “Americans With Disabilities Act” (ADA) compliant facility. The resort is privately owned and managed by its Council of Owners and is not open to the general public. As such, the resort is not required to comply with the provisions of the ADA.
What you should know:

The room doors and interior doorways may not accommodate easy wheelchair access.

Access to the fishing pier and boat slip areas require navigation of two sets of steps.

Access to the second floor units are by stairwell only.

Handicap parking is available in the parking lot.
One Bedroom Unit
Max. Occupancy: 4 Persons & One Child Under Six Years Of Age - Room Amenities
The charge to transfer a one bedroom unit is $625.00 + $250.00 Transfer Fee.
**For a limited time, the LCDS Board of Directors has waived the Red Week premium upgrade fee of $500.00 on units transferred from LCDS inventory.**
Transfer Charges:
Any Red, White or Blue Week - $625.00 + $250.00 Transfer Fee (One Time Fee)
Upgrading a White or Blue Week to Red - $500.00 + $250.00 Transfer Fee
2020 Week Dates:
2020 White & Blue Weeks: 1/3/20 - 5/1/20 & 10/30/20 - 1/1/21
2020 Red Weeks: 5/1/20 - 10/30/20
Two Bedroom Unit - Units 107 & 108
Max. Ocuupancy: 6 Persons & One Child Under Six Years Of Age - Room Amenities
The charge to transfer a two bedroom unit is $750.00 + $250.00 Transfer Fee.
