La Casa del Sol Accessibility Statement

To our owners, guests and RCI members, please be advised that La Casa del Sol is not an “Americans With Disabilities Act” (ADA) compliant facility. The resort is privately owned and managed by its Council of Owners and is not open to the general public. As such, the resort is not required to comply with the provisions of the ADA.

What you should know:

• The room doors and interior doorways may not accommodate easy wheelchair access.

• Access to the fishing pier and boat slip areas require navigation of two sets of steps.

• Access to the second floor units are by stairwell only.

• Handicap parking is available in the parking lot.
