LCDS Board of Directors

 

The LCDS Board of Directors is comprised of seven LCDS owners serving staggered three-year terms. An owner may serve two consecutive three-year terms if re-elected. The LCDS Board is a working Board, meeting regularly throughout the year. Board members do not receive compensation for serving. Information on the duties and responsibilities of the Board are explained in the LCDS ByLaws. 

Owners in good standing wishing to serve on the LCDS Board have the opportunity to run for election to the expiring Board positions each February. Complete information is made available in the yearly Fall newsletter.
